Frequently Asked Questions

The library is open from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm except on legal/special non-working holidays.
Yes, we accept on-site library visits. It is per reservation/appointment via email irclcba@lcba.edu.ph and messenger LCBA Information Resource Center. The library observes the “First come, First serve” policy on reservation requests for an on-site library visit.
Yes, you can borrow books so long as you are officially enrolled.
You can borrow a maximum of 3 books for students, while a faculty can borrow 5 books.
The requirements in borrowing books are the following:
A. Original registration form
B. One valid ID (not expired) except PhilHealth ID
Books are loaned for 2 weeks and are subject to renewal on or before the due date if you still need them. Penalties for overdue books are applied.

Computation: Php 10.00 x No. of book/s x No. of day/s starting from due date

Example: Php 10 x 3 books x 5 days = Php 150 (Total Penalty)
Yes, we accept outside researchers. The requirements are as follows:

A. Secure a signed Referral Letter from the librarian or research adviser (if the school has no librarian).
B. Each researcher will pay Php 100.00 for the research fee at the library upon visit.
C. Bring school ID and original Registration Form for verification purposes.
